5. Quotations and Pricing Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

• All prices exclude VAT.

• Delivery, carriage and shipping charges may apply.

• Powered access equipment, lifting equipment, traffic management, road closures and specialist access equipment are excluded unless specifically included within the quotation.

• Quotations are subject to product availability and supplier pricing at the time of order.

• Netvision IP Ltd reserves the right to revise quotations after the validity period has expired. Any variation to the agreed scope of works may result in additional charges.

6. Site Surveys and Assumptions Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based upon information available at the time of issue. Should unforeseen circumstances be identified during installation, including but not limited to:

• Restricted access

• Additional cabling requirements

• Structural limitations

• Power availability issues

• Third-party network dependencies

• Traffic management requirements

• Requirement for powered access equipment

• Requirement for specialist contractors Netvision IP Ltd reserves the right to revise the quotation and/or issue a variation order to reflect the additional work required.

7. Retention of Title All goods supplied by Netvision IP Ltd remain the property of Netvision IP Ltd until paid for in full. Netvision IP Ltd reserves the right to recover goods where payment terms have not been met.

8. Warranty Products supplied by Netvision IP Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.

9. Returns Policy Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt subject to:

• Prior authorisation 
• Original packaging
• Goods being unused and in resalable condition Special order items, software licences and cloud services are generally non-returnable. A restocking or administration fee may apply.

10. Managed Services Where Netvision IP Ltd provides managed services including IT support, network monitoring, CCTV monitoring, connectivity monitoring or cloud services:

• Services are provided on a reasonable endeavours basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Response times may vary depending upon contract level.

• Planned maintenance may occasionally require service interruption.

• Monitoring services do not guarantee prevention of outages or incidents. 11. Connectivity Services Netvision IP Ltd may provide or arrange:

• Leased Lines
• FTTP Services
• MPLS Networks
• VPN Services
• 4G & 5G Connectivity
• Wireless Network Services Service availability is dependent upon third-party network operators and carriers. Netvision IP Ltd cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and accepts no responsibility for carrier outages beyond its reasonable control. 12. Backup and Disaster Recovery Whilst Netvision IP Ltd may provide backup solutions including:

• Microsoft 365 Backup
• Proxmox Backup Services
• S3 Storage Solutions
• Offsite Backup Services Customers remain responsible for verifying that backups meet their business requirements and for regularly testing restoration procedures.

13. CCTV and Security Systems CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, video management platforms and monitoring services are designed to assist in the detection, recording and management of events. Netvision IP Ltd does not guarantee that:

• All incidents will be recorded
• All footage will be retained indefinitely
• Monitoring services will identify every incident
• Evidence will be admissible for any particular purpose Customers remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation relating to surveillance and security systems.

14. Data Protection and Privacy Netvision IP Ltd processes personal data in accordance with:

• UK GDPR
• Data Protection Act 2018 Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

15. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netvision IP Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of earnings
• Loss of business opportunity
• Loss of contracts
• Loss of goodwill
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Loss of data
• Business interruption Netvision IP Ltd’s total liability arising from the use of this website or services shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied under the relevant contract. Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Connectivity, Monitoring and Security Systems Disclaimer Netvision IP Ltd provides networking, connectivity, monitoring, CCTV, alarm and managed service solutions on a reasonable endeavours basis. Netvision IP Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of earnings, loss of business, loss of revenue, security incident, criminal act, internet outage, carrier failure, equipment failure, monitoring failure or loss of CCTV footage resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate business continuity, cyber insurance and data protection arrangements suitable for their operational requirements.

17. Payment Terms Payment terms are strictly
30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Netvision IP Ltd reserves the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

18. Intellectual Property All website content, graphics, text, logos and materials remain the property of Netvision IP Ltd unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

19. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
